Arm + Takeoff

1.ALTHOLD or LOITER Flight Mode

Select ALTHOLD or LOITER flight mode with the flight mode lever.

2.Arm

  • Move the throttle stick fully down and then fully right.
  • Observe the propellers: After moving the throttle stick, the propellers should begin to rotate slightly. However, if a PreARM message appears, this indicates a safety mechanism preventing the motors from starting.

In case of a PreARM message:

  • Determine the cause of the message.
  • Take the necessary corrective actions (see section 5 for more details).

3.Throttle to 50%

Still with the throttle stick down, move the sitck to the center, and then release it little by little, until its rest position in the middle. At this point you will notice that the propellers will spin faster, but the Drone will still not ascend.

4.Takeoff

Once the Drone is armed and the throttle stick is in the middle, follow these steps for a safe takeoff:

  1. Move the throttle lever until it reaches approximately 75%.
  2. As soon as the drone reaches a height of 5 to 10 meters, return the throttle stick to the middle.
  3. Check the stability of the Drone during the flight.

In Loiter flight mode, the Drone is expected to maintain its X, Y, and Z position.
